Terms of Service

These terms apply to song services provided by Melody Maker Pro LLC, created and produced by DJ Kountry.

You submit the order form with the details of your song. Your order is confirmed once the deposit is received. Writing begins after that, and you receive a first draft within the turnaround stated for your package.

A deposit is due before writing begins and the remaining balance is due after you approve your song and before final files are delivered. All amounts are calculated from the prices listed on this site at the time you order.

The number of revisions included is listed with each package. Additional revisions can be purchased as an add-on. Revisions cover changes to lyrics, arrangement and delivery — not a completely new song concept.

Turnaround starts when your deposit is received and your answers are complete. If you have a fixed event date, tell us on the order form so we can confirm whether it is achievable.

This section must be finalised by the owner with legal advice. It should state clearly what rights the customer receives (for example personal, non-commercial use) and what rights Melody Maker Pro LLC retains in the composition and recording.

You confirm the information, names, memories and any files you send are accurate and that you have the right to share them.

Songs are creative works. We do not promise a specific reaction or outcome, and we do not make guarantees beyond delivering the work described in your package.
