Your information is used only to write, produce and deliver your song, to take payment, and to contact you about your order.

Your order is visible to DJ Kountry. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us. We use a hosted database and file storage provider to keep your order secure.
Confidentiality
Your story is treated as private. We never publish your song, name, or details as a sample or testimonial without your permission, and you can request extra confidentiality on your order.
How long we keep itConfirm retention period
Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver your song and meet accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details after delivery.
