Refund Policy

Every song is custom-made from the customer's story. Because each project is personal, the refund terms depend on whether writing has begun.

A customer may receive a full refund if they cancel before writing begins.

Once writing has begun, payments are non-refundable because time and custom creative work have already been invested in the song.

Package revisions remain included and will be honored. Customers should use those revisions to request reasonable changes to the draft.

If Melody Maker Pro cannot complete and deliver the song, the customer receives a full refund of the amount paid.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
